Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Packaging
Please return your shoes in their original box. If you choose alternative packaging, additional carrier fees for weight or dimensions may apply.
To start a return, contact us at stepin@kunstendesign.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a free UPS return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Free Shipping & Easy Returns
We offer free worldwide shipping, with all duties and taxes included.
Returns are simple and free, so you can shop with confidence.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
All such orders are considered final and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, we’ll provide a free return label and handle the exchange at no additional cost.
For the fastest service, you may also return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will resolve the issue and offer a free exchange.
Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty from the original purchase date for manufacturing faults (excluding sale items).
If a fault occurs, we will first attempt to repair the item. If not possible, we will offer a replacement pair.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
