Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at stepin@kunstendesign.com
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return label for a fee of $20, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Please return your shoes in their original box. If you choose alternative packaging, additional carrier fees for weight or dimensions may apply.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, please contact us at stepin@kunstendesign.com and we will arrange the exchange for you.
We'll provide a free return label and handle the exchange at no additional cost.
Once your return is on its way back to us, we can begin preparing your new pair.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale, promotional and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Orders placed using a promotional code, as well as sale and discounted items, are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We love being able to make something especially for you. However, special orders, custom-made items and custom sizes are made specifically for you and are therefore final sale.

Damages & Issues
We carefully inspect every pair before it leaves us, but in the rare event that something isn't quite right, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Cancellation
As every pair is handcrafted and made to order, we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us at stepin@kunstendesign.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has entered production or a shipping label has been created, it can no longer be cancelled.

Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty from the original purchase date for manufacturing faults (excluding sale items).
If a fault occurs, we will first attempt to repair the item. If not possible, we will offer a replacement pair.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
